The research program
Section titled “The research program”ISR investigates a vendor-neutral systems contract connecting human intent to persistent, governed, verifiable outcomes. Current public work:
- SPEC-001 / Mission Contract — machine-readable mission, state, capability, authority, budget, trajectory, evidence and verifier semantics.
- MISSION-Bench — fault-injected evaluation of long-horizon systems.
- Evidence-gated completion —
Complete ≠ Verifiedas a normative invariant. - STUDY-011 — preregistered live cross-provider confirmatory study (470 LIVE_VALID runs); reversed two deterministic directions (C-001, C-007) and established C-008 (full governance stack > assurance alone).

Every claim on this portal carries its class, its evidence cut, its reproduction state, and the registry SHA it came from. The plane renders claims verbatim — it cannot strengthen them, only surface weaknesses (a live REVERSED finding projects to CONTESTED, never away).
